Topmaj AI Ads provides AI-powered advertising creation tools and services that enable users to:

• Generate professional ad creatives using artificial intelligence
• Create multiple ad variations for different platforms
• Access brand identity and design tools
• Download and export advertising materials
• Utilize performance analytics and optimization features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Maintain security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all account activities
• Notify us of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payments

Subscription plans:

• Starter: $19/month with 50 credits
• Professional: $49/month with 150 credits
• Enterprise: $99/month with 500 credits

All fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

User Content: You retain all rights to content you create using our Service.

Platform Rights: All technology, software, algorithms, and platform elements are the exclusive property of Topmaj AI Ads.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Create illegal or offensive content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Interfere with the Service
• Reverse engineer our technology
• Resell the Service without authorization

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Topmaj AI Ads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
